30 Course Requirements Class Participation (20 %)
Collective learning and attendance - Random roll calls - One free absence ( me) - ALWAYS present your name tent - Try to sit in the same place - If you miss more than two case sessions (classes)  ZERO POINTS Class discussion - Case discussions (cold-calls) - You are required to read all case studies and participate - Quality > quantity - No laptops during case discussions - Questions in guest speaker sessions - If you do not participate, you will get ZERO points

Two midterm exams, 20% each - Cover everything (lectures, discussions, readings ..) - NO Make-up exams without documentation - Exams are open-book, open-notes, NO ELECTRONICS Final Exam, 40% Exams will emphasize understanding and ability to apply the tools and frameworks learned in the class, as opposed to memorizing facts and definitions.
