DIMENSIONING وضع الأبعاد
الأبعاد وطريقة كتابتها إن رسم مساقط أي جسم كافية جدًا أن تعطي تفاصيل هذا الجسم وتحدد معالمه وتكوينه من حيث الشكل فقط، أما من حيث الإنتاج والتصنيع فهي لا تكفي لعدم توفر الأبعاد والمقاييس اللازمة لإنتاج هذا الجسم، لذلك اصطلح على وضع الأبعاد والمقاييس وفق طرق خاصة بحيث تكون كافية لإظهار الجسم بأبعاده الحقيقية ليمكن صناعته وإنتاجه. وتوضع هذه الأبعاد على المساقط بصورة خطوط تختلف عن الخطوط المكونة للشكل من حيث السماكة ووجود ملحقات لهذه الخطوط مثل الرقم العددي والأسهم عند طرفي الخط، وخطوط تحديد البعد ويجب كتابة الأبعاد بشكل لا يحتاج العامل إلى قياس أي بعد من الرسم وخاصة وأن بعض الأجسام ترسم بمقياس رسم مناسب حسب حجمه. وخط البعد يكون رفيع في سمكه عن خطوط الرسم (راجع أنواع خطوط الرسم) ويكون وضعه عادة موازيًا للموضع المراد التعبير عن طوله، ماعدا حالات خاصة لمواضع معينة. 8/28/2019 Engineering Drawing- Drawing Tools

هناك ثلاث مجموعاتٍ رئيسية من الأبعاد:
اولاً: أبعاد حسب متطلبات القياس ثانيا: ابعاد حسب متطلبات الإنتاج ثالثاً: أبعاد وظيفية

اولاً: أبعاد حسب متطلبات القياس
أبعاد تستند إلى الإمكانية المتوفرة لأجهزة القياس الاعتيادية في ورشة العمل كالمسطرة والفيرنيه والمكروميتر، ومحددات القياس الأخرى

ثانيا: ابعاد حسب متطلبات الإنتاج
ثالثاً: أبعاد وظيفية

يبعد خط البعد الأول عن الجسم مسافة 10 مليمترات و تتناقص مسافة خط البعد الثاني عن الأول إلى 8 مليمترات ترتيب خطوط الامتداد والأبعاد بحيث لا يتقاطع بعضها مع بعض

1. Width, depth and thickness of the part. S 2. Diameter and depth of the hole. “S” denotes size dimension. “L” denotes location dimension. 3. Location of the holes.

تجنب وضع الأبعاد استناداً إلى الخطوط المخفية (المتقطعة)،واستخدم بدلاً منه الرسم المقطوع

الخط المرشد Leader Dimensioning cylindrical shapes
Ø 25 DIA 25 Ø 20 R18 The leader line may be drawn at 30º, 45º or 60º. The line touches the circle and points to the center. The Ø symbol or abbreviation DIAMETER Curves composed of arcs of a circle are dimensioned by their radius. Cylindrical holes are dimensioned by a note specifying the diameter and depth, if necessary.
