مقياس االرسم scale The scale of a map: - is the fixed relation that every distance on the map bears to the corresponding distance on the ground. مقياس رسم الخارطة : - هي العلاقة الثابته لكل مسافة على الخارطة مع المسافة التي تقابلها على الارض or the scale can be defined as the ratio of the plotted distance on map to the ground distance يمكن تعريف المقياس على أنه نسبة المسافة المرسومة على الخارطة إلى المسافة على الأرض المسافة على الخارطة المسافة على الارض مقياس الرسم =

مقياس االرسم scale Types of scale انواع مقياس الرسم 1-
Numerical scales مقياس الرسم العددي وحده واحده من الطول على الخارطة تمثل عدد من الوحدات لنفس الطول على الارض one cm on the map represent some whole number of meters on the ground, such as 1cm = 10 m. this type of scale is called engineer s scale واحد سم على الخارطة تمثل عدد من الامتار على الارض وهذا النوع يسمى المقياس الهندسي

Is a line drawn with the map in the form of a ruler divided for the purpose of the length statement, and to increase the accuracy of measurement, one of the ends of the scale is divided into smaller sections. هو خط يرسم مع الخارطة بشكل مسطرة مقسمة لغرض بيان الاطوال ، ولزيادة دقة القياس يتم تقسيم احدى نهايتي المقياس الى اقسام اصغر وهو على نوعين : A- Linear Scale المقياس الطولي البسيط B- Diag0nal Scale المقياس الشبكي
