10/9/2019 1:45 PM المرتكزات الفكرية و المنهجية للتحالف المقترح أن التحالف الاستراتيجي طويل المدي هو الأنسب و الأوقع للانخراط في مواجهة هذه المشكلة لتعقدها و تنوع أبعادها و تداعياتها و احتياجها إلي دراسات و بحوث و خطط مواجهة طويلة المدي. التطرف الفكري يمثل المدخل الرئيس للسلوك الإرهابي الفردي و الجماعي لم تعد مشكلة التطرف أو الإرهاب محلية الطابع حيث أصبح هناك ما يمكن تسميته ب «عولمة التطرف» و «عولمة الإرهاب» أن جامعة بورسعيد بتنوع تخصصات كلياتها و أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها و تواصلها الملحوظ مع جامعات القناة و سيناء و مؤسسات المجتمع مرشحة قبل غيرها لقيادة هذا التحالف. الطبيعة الفكرية و الدينية و الأخلاقية و السلوكية المعقدة لمشكلة الإرهاب تجعل المدخل الأمني بمفرده غير كاف لمواجهتها. أن الهدف الاستراتيجي للتحالف يتمثل في تفكيك البنية الفكرية للتطرف و الإرهاب و تحقيق الأمن الفكري Dr.El-Sayed El-Khamisy © 2007 Microsoft Corporation.
