Rhetoric language What is rhetoric language? It is a technique of using language effectively and persuasively in spoken or written form. It is an art of discourse, which studies and employs various methods to convince, influence or please an audience.

Types of Rhetoric language In Arabic In English التّشبيه: وهو إنشاء علاقة تَشابهٍ بين أمرين؛ وذلك لِوجود صفاتٍ مُشتركة بينهما، ويتشكّل التشبيه من أربعة أركان وهي: المشبّه، والمشبّه به، وأداة التّشبيه، ووجه الشّبه. في جملة: البنت كالزّهرة في جمالها، المشبّه هو البنت، والمشبّه به هو الزّهرة، وأداة التّشبيه هي الكاف، ووجه الشّبه هو الجمال. تشبيهٌ تام: وهو التّشبيه الذي يحوي في تركيبه على كلّ أركان التّشبيه، مثل: البنت كالزّهرة في جمالها. تشبيهٌ مُؤكّد: وهو التّشبيه الذي حُذِف منه أداةُ التّشبيه، مثل: البنت زهرةٌ في جمالها. تشبيهٌ مُجمل: وهو التّشبيه الذي حُذِف منه وجه الشّبه، مثل: البنت كالزّهرة. تشبيهٌ بَليغ: وهو التّشبيه الذي حُذِف منه أداة التّشبيه ووجه الشّبه، مثال: البنت زهرة. تشبيهٌ تَمثيلي: وهو تشبيهُ صورةٍ بصورة، مثال: يبدو الطّفل وعيناه تترقرقان كالنّجمة المُتلألئة في السّماء السّوداء. Are figures of speech used to compare things which are essentially unlike. The only difference between them is that in the simile the comparison is expressed by the use of some word or phrase such as: like, as, than, similar to. In metaphor the comparison is implied. In Arabic In English التورية: التورية: أن يطلق لفظ له معنيان: أحدهما قريب غير مراد ، والآخر بعيد هو المراد، ويدل عليه بقرينة يغلب أن تكون خفية فيتوهم السامع أنه يريد المعنى القريب، وهو يريد المعنى البعيد. ومن التورية قول النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم ,للعجوز التي سالته ان يدع لها بالجنة فقال :صلي الله عليه وسلم: ان الجنة لا يدخلها عجوز. فالمعني المتبادر هو منع دخول الجنة علي العجوز, والمعني البعيد المقصود هو: ان اهل الجنة سيكونون في سن الشباب ! is verbal device which implies an attitude different from(and often opposite to) what is literally expressed. Kennedy In Arabic In English الجناس: وهو تركيبٌ يحوي كلمتين تتشابهان في اللّفظ ولكن تختلفان في المعنى، وهو إمّا أنْ يكون جِناساً تامّاً، مثل: قال تعالى: (ويوم تقوم السّاعة يقسم المجرمون ما لبثوا غير ساعة) فالسّاعة والسّاعة تتشابهان تماماً في اللّفظ ولكنْ تختلفان في المعنى، أو قد يكون الجناس ناقصاً، مثل: قوله تعالى: (فأمّا اليتيم فلا تقهر * وأما السّائل فلا تنهر) فكلمتا تقهر وتنهر تتشابهان في اللّفظ ولكن لا تتطابقان تماماً.
