The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 1- She didn’t resist the truth to justify herself: "You have well said, "I have no husband,' for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly." The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet” 1- لم تقاوم الحق لتبرر نفسها: ”حَسَناً قُلْتِ لَيْسَ لِي زَوْجٌ لأَنَّهُ كَانَ لَكِ خَمْسَةُ أَزْوَاجٍ وَالَّذِي لَكِ الآنَ لَيْسَ هُوَ زَوْجَكِ. هَذَا قُلْتِ بِالصِّدْقِ». قَالَتْ لَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ: «يَا سَيِّدُ أَرَى أَنَّكَ نَبِيٌّ! ”

The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 2- She was very polite in addressing the Lord Jesus although she did not know who was He: Repentance soften the hearts 2- كانت في غاية التهذيب في مخاطبتها لربنا يسوع علي الرغم من انها لم تكن تعرفه: التوبة تطري القلوب

The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 3- By admitting her sins publicly she proved to be humble: "Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?" 3- اعترافها بالخطأ علانية دليل علي تواضعها: «هَلُمُّوا انْظُرُوا إِنْسَاناً قَالَ لِي كُلَّ مَا فَعَلْتُ. أَلَعَلَّ هَذَا هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ؟».

The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 4- She was sincere in her repentance and was not double minded: “The woman then left her waterpot, went her way into the city” 4- كانت صادقة في توبتها و لم تكن برأيين: ” فَتَرَكَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ جَرَّتَهَا وَمَضَتْ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ ”

The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 5- from the fruit of her repentance: she led the others to Christ: Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners shall be converted to You. 5- من ثمار توبتها انها قادت الاخرين الي المسيح: ” رُدَّ لِي بَهْجَةَ خَلاَصِكَ وَبِرُوحٍ مُنْتَدِبَةٍ اعْضُدْنِي. فَأُعَلِّمَ الأَثَمَةَ طُرُقَكَ وَالْخُطَاةُ إِلَيْكَ يَرْجِعُونَ.“ (المزمور الخمسون)

The Samaritan is a model for repentance السامرية كنموذج للتوبة 7- She put on all the armours of God [Pauline] a- She gained justification and salvation from the Lord. b- She had the faith. c- She talked to her people with the word of God. d- She shod her feet with the Gospel of peace towards her people.
